PAINSTAKINGLY went through all the hoops (and they WERENT hula) to reset the password. then, if for no other reasons than to TRY to post from this remote terminal (as i've said the virus has DISABLED so many characters on the keyboard i can no longer opine from there, giving balms to many, no doubt.) i began the process ONLY TO DISCOVER IT TOO IS HINKY. GET as far as the UPLOAD screen. try. and try. and try. about four different times in EACH modality that permits it; it STILL WON'T DO IT. wtf? A FEW MORE ANGLES and i actually DO 'submit'to not trying again for a couple.
